Ilham Jilani is a compassionate, culturally competent, and religiously sensitive psychotherapist who specializes in providing counselling and mental health support to youth, adults, seniors, and families. With over ten years of experience in the mental health field. Ilham works with diverse populations, she supports clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief, and life transitions. Ilham is committed to creating a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and caring environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Ilham holds a Master of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She offers psychotherapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-basedâalways personalized to reflect each clientâs unique needs and lived experiences.
