Fees & FAQ

Practical questions

Psychologists are $225 per session. Psychotherapists and social workers are $170 to $180 for individual sessions, and $200 for couple or family sessions. Not every clinician sees couples or families, so check their profile or ask us on your free call. Sliding scale and student fees may be available. Please note that our fees will be going up in January 2027.

Therapy isn't covered by OHIP, but many extended health plans cover it. We provide receipts and can bill some insurers directly, such as Green Shield Canada.
