Mahmoud Eliwa

Mahmoud is a dedicated Mental Health clinician working under the direct supervision of one of the directors, Adam Ghemraoui, MA, Psychologist. With a focus on working with children, adolescents, and adults, Mahmoud brings over 13 years of experience in the mental health field to his role at Cedarway.

Mahmoud’s expertise encompasses a wide range of disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. He is particularly passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their mental health goals, with a specific interest in addressing ADHD and school-related issues. Mahmoud is dedicated to helping youth with learning plans to succeed, drawing from his experience in providing mental health evaluations and psychoeducational assessments in Qatar. In this capacity, he has worked extensively with individuals facing learning disorders and attention-deficit and hyperactivity disorders.

Beyond individual support, Mahmoud extends his services to parents, providing them with valuable skills and tools to navigate their children’s emotional and behavioral challenges. By empowering parents, Mahmoud aims to strengthen the familial support system and enhance parent-child relationships.
