Your individual therapy begins when you are matched with a therapist that matches your needs and you have a free 15-minute consultation where the therapist listens to your needs and answers any questions you may have, and helps you determine if they align with your goals. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, based on what works best for you. We offer flexible options, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions to fit your lifestyle.
